Whether you are local to Mount Desert Island, or only able to spend part of the year on our beautiful island, we have the experience coordinating projects to make sure you are involved at every stage.  We have been working to bring the vision of homeowners in Hancock County to reality for almost three decades.   A local family business, we are big enough to build large and complex homes from start to finish, yet small enough to provide personal attention to the details and smaller projects.  Meeting with you and collaborating with toward your goals is our specialty – taking your vision and helping guide you to a finished product.
